Programme Overview

The UI Designer programme at GGI Business School prepares students for the French professional certification RNCP42140 ñ Concepteur Designer User Interface, awarded by the French Ministry of Labour, Full Employment and Inclusion.

The curriculum combines creativity, technology and digital communication, enabling students to design modern user interfaces, manage digital projects and develop responsive websites.

The programme is structured around three competency blocks:

BC01: Designing Graphic Elements for Interfaces & Communication Media

BC02: Managing & Overseeing Digital Communication Projects

BC03: Building, Improving & Managing Websites

Programme Structure

YEAR 1 - Fundamentals of Retail & Sales: 60 ECTS

The first year establishes the fundamentals of graphic design, visual communication and digital tools. It introduces students to the methods needed to design graphic elements for interfaces and communication media.

End of Year 1 Objective: Master the fundamentals of visual design and prototyping, and complete a full case study covering competency block BC01.

Year 2: Digital Project Management & Web Marketing

The second year deepens digital project management and web marketing skills while consolidating BC01 competencies through hands-on practice. Students learn to manage marketing campaigns and develop team competencies.

End of Year 2 Objective: Design and present a complete web marketing strategy and propose well-argued performance improvements as preparation for BC02 assessment.

Year 3: Web Integration & Certification

The third year focuses on advanced web integration, CMS development and continuous site optimisation, along with intensive preparation for the RNCP42140 certification assessments. Significant time is devoted to simulations, mock interviews and the professional portfolio.
